    Responsibilities

    Provide daily administrative and technical management of renewable construction projects delivering energy savings for public, institutional, industrial, government, and commercial customers.

    Management of full project schedule

    Direct interface with Ameresco customers managing customer service, relationships, etc.

    Assist Engineering and Development Team in project design and development including scope, subcontractor selection, cost estimation, installation, and project scheduling.

    Directly manage vendors, subcontractors, and site superintendents to ensure quality control and project delivery on time while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

    Schedule management; update schedules to reflect current information, monitor critical path activities, and track outstanding items.

    Work closely with Construction, and O&M Services teams to satisfy all requirements for commercial operation and financial close.

    Provide project reports, documentation, technical assistance, support, and collaboration.

    Manage project expenditures and job cost accounting processes: including accuracy, documentation, approvals, payment reporting, monthly forecasting and tracking.

    Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes.

    Foster positive and effective business relationships at all levels and project phases.

    Perform other duties as required.

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum 3 years electrical, mechanical, engineering, or industrial power construction project management work experience focusing on complex facility infrastructure construction, renovations, retrofits, upgrades, building controls and renewable technology.

     

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    Demonstrated work experience with Commercial scale Solar and Storage power plants

    Proven experience with OSHA safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems development, engineering, and project management regulations, practices, and codes.

    Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and foster positive business relationships.

    Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills.

    Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project.

    Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state.

    May be required to pass security clearance investigation.

    May require on-call response and travel.
