    Ameresco has a new opportunity for an experienced Field Site Administrative Supervisor currently located in Acton, MA.

    Responsibilities

    Provide daily administrative support and activities, including telephone, mail, office coverage, and communication;

    Collaborate with the O&M Team to assist with meetings and office functions;

    Provide administrative and logistical support to O&M Director and employees;

    Process and track purchase orders, invoices, supply requests, and related payable documents for office expenses;

    Identify and implement office improvements to ensure effective use of resources;

    Serve as a liaison between customer and landscape maintenance crews, ensuring work orders and tasks are completed and adhere to landscape maintenance standards;

    Identify staff and equipment requirements for all jobs and schedule crews to ensure efficient coverage;

    Actively contribute to production while supervising crew members;

    In conjunction with Human Resources, screens and interviews candidates for permanent and seasonal staffing needs;

    Provide training, guidance, and safety oversite;

    Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including worksite and equipment;

    Review and manage O&M work order to timely schedule and dispatch crew members;

    Manage job costing, data entry and invoicing;    

    Understand contract specifications and ensure they are met;

    Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships; and

    Perform other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Four-year college degree and / or equivalent related work experience.

     

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

    Proven track record with learning and mastering third-party applications.

    Knowledge of Solar PV a plus.

    Knowledge in the following areas, of Field Service and Quick Book, to include: Dispatching, Scheduling, Work Orders, Job Costing, Data Entry, and Invoicing.
