    New opportunity based in Framingham, MA for a Business Systems Analyst to maintain and support a newly implemented HRIS system as well as other systems within Ameresco.

    Responsibilities

    Maintains HRIS and other Business systems' performance relating to their functional area and incorporating changes that impact these systems.

    Developing documentation/procedures, making/recommending process improvements, testing impact of updates and communicating changes to impacted internal/external team members

    Provides input on processes, procedures, or new approaches.

    Understands and applies principles, concepts, theories, technologies and standards of professional field.

    Provide support and training for all end users within the organization;

    Provide expertise in the implementation lifecycle; Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Configuring and Testing of Business Systems;

    Partners with internal Business Units, external teams and/or vendors to troubleshoot system issues and downtime;

    Maintains data integrity in systems by regularly running queries, analyzing data and updating the system, as needed;

    Analyze structure and flow of work through the organization; recommend system and/or business process changes to improve operations of the organization;

    Works with HR team to maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential.

    Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

    Reviews system test plans and system tests modules before implementation.

    In upgrades, monitors production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users.

    Develops detailed implementation and upgrade project plans in conjunction with other tbusiness units throughout the organization.

    Understands and applies principles, concepts, theories, technologies and standards of professional field.

    Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    BS/BA Degree, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing or Business Administration.

    Minimum of 5 years' relevant Business systems experience

    Or equivelant combination of education and work experience.

     

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    Knowledge of or Experience with: Workday, Dynamics, CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Cloud Technologies

    Knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills.

    Complex reporting and experience of requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment of business systems solutions.

    Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects or activities within own area.

    Establishes working relationships with others outside area of expertise.

    Applies knowledge and understanding of customer needs and other internal/external contacts.

    Complex reporting and experience of requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment of business systems solutions.

    Strong verbal, written, computer, communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to safeguard confidential material and information.

    Team player with the ability to lead and work collaboratively and cooperatively.
