    Ameresco has a new opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager Assistant currently located in Acton, MA.

    Responsibilities

    Assist the Operations Manager as required.

    Learn and become efficient in company application platforms such as Field Edge Field Service Software, Scoop Inspection Software and the various Data Acquisition System platforms.

    Review field time sheets and job costing.

    Purchase orders.

    Work order creation and close-out.

    Customer reporting.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Four-year college degree.

    Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

    Proven track record with learning and mastering third-party applications.

    Valid Drivers' License in good standing, issued by state of residence.

     

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    Knowledge of Solar PV a plus.

    Ability to successfully complete position training and testing requirements.
