Provide coordination and administrative support to the Human Resources team.
Process new hire paperwork and onboarding process including: Pre-Hire and New Hire required paperwork for Active Employee Files.
Create and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and corporate procedures
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential
Cultivate and foster positive business relationships;
Assist with special projects as needed;
Perform other general administrative duties as required.
Presently Enrolled in an Undergraduate Program in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with MS Office.
Knowledge and application of federal and state employment law, SOX Control requirements, EEO Reporting and best practices preferred.
Excellent relationship management, organizational, and time management skills and abilities
Strong verbal, written, computer, multi-media sourcing outreach, communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to safeguard confidential material and information.
