Serve as Program Coordinator in one or more Electric and Gas Utility Residential Prescriptive Rebate programs;
Review customer applications utilizing AEG’s in house processing platform;
Confirm program eligibility to include applicant and equipment have met program guidelines, all required paperwork has been submitted and program rules are complied with;
Coordinate applicant follow-up to gather missing information needed to successfully process the rebate;
Field inbound and outbound customer calls regarding the status of applications; general inquiries and program requirements;
Conduct outbound calls to solicit customer participation;
Knowledgeable of and able to interpret customer and regulatory documents required to successfully process rebate applications;
Train and develop staffs ability to understand and complete the rebate process;
Update documentation to ensure best practices for the program evolve as a result of client, customer and trade ally feedback;
Report on key metrics to provide a view of backlog, processing times and required staffing levels;
Assist with startup activity, staff training and recruitment for future customer engagements.
BS/BA in Management or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
Minimum of 5 years in a customer service environment
Minimum Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
Excellent verbal, written, and consulting skills.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to follow through on multiple tasks and priorities.
