    New opportunity based in Temecula CA for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.  This position requires a highly organized, efficient self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.  

    Responsibilities

    Attract present and potential customers by answering product and service questions; 

    Provide general support to onsite visitors, managers, sales team and employees in and out of the Temecula office;

    Open and maintain customer accounts and records thru the use of the companies accounting software system;

    Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;

    Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs;

    Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;

    Maintain contact lists and filing system;

    Input/distribute sales orders and material requisitions;

    Provide and confirm availability of inventory items to both internal and external customers;

    Follow up on pending vendor orders;

    Assist warehouse personnel when needed;

    Perform other duties as required.

     

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma

    1-2 years of quality customer service experience with abilities to solve problems 

     

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelors Degree

    Proven verbal, written, telephone, interpersonal and computer-based communication skills

    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once

    Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyze product and customer information 

    Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite products.

    Understanding of an Accounting Software Program.

    Forklift operating certification.

    US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.
