    We currently have a key opportunity for a Service Team Lead Supervisor of Facility Operations to oversee the operation of a large Government facility located in Kittery Maine.


    Manage on site operating personnel at the facility.

    Conduct regular inspection and audit of site conditions and operations and manage implementation of any required corrective measures with in-plant staff and outside subcontractors.

    Work with Facility Manager to determine annual training requirements for staff

    Provide technical direction to field staff as required

    Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular safety and equipment operations training to in-plant operating staff.

     Ensure all parts and materials are ordered on time and correctly in preparation for any PM or repair work

    Provide project management for major repair and replacement projects at operating facility.

    Perform other duties as required.


    Minimum Qualifications: 

    Trade, Vocational School education, or equivalent.

    5 years or more of proven experience with operation of facilities incorporating large mechanical equipment, including operations management experience.


    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with OSHA requirements and safety related training.

    Local State Licensing in HVAC or Electrical

    Experience in operation of facilities employing multiple staff and 24 hour 7 day a week coverage.

    Prior experience in managing subcontractors providing maintenance or repair services.

    Excellent oral, written, computer communication and presentation skills required.

    Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
