    New opportunity based in Framingham, MA for an Associate Proposal Coordinator at corporate headquarters to partner with Account Executives, Engineering, Finance, and Legal in the development, strategizing, marketing, preparation and production of successful energy project proposals.   Energy Projects ranging from Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, Energy Supply Management, Energy Infrastructure, to State of the Art Energy Information. 

    Responsibilities

    Provide daily administrative support for engineering and business development professionals.

    Ensure prompt and courteous telephone, mail, and office coverage.

    Collaborate with Account Executives, Development & Engineering teams, Finance, and Legal to produce successful energy efficiency and renewable technology project proposals.

    Coordinate and maintain schedules, meetings, itineraries, travel arrangements.

    Lead and support internal development, editing, coordination activities required to produce proposal and presentation materials.

    Gather and update supporting company data and customer project information.
    Design and implement methods to capture, track, and maintain customer project data.
    Assist in cultivating new avenues of proposal lead development.
    Update and monitor the proposal calendar and database tracking project status.
    Identify and implement production process improvements to ensure effective use of resources.
    Perform other duties as requide.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:
    BS/BA degree with concentration in marketing, communications, sustainability or business.

    1-2 years progressive administrative experience in business development, consulting, engineering, or energy-related work setting required.

     

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:
    Strong, positive verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

    Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines.

    Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

    Ability to work flexible hours as required by projects.

    U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.

    May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
