    • Exposure to solar project development, learning how a project is conceptualized and subsequently made a reality;
    • Assisting with a large variety of assignments including project feasibility studies, interconnection analysis, regulatory research, site plan creation, energy modeling, utility rate analysis, project budgeting, and administration of operating facilities;
    • Collaborate with Senior Solar PV Engineers, Project Development Managers, and sales personnel to develop, design, and estimate costs of solar PV projects
    • Assist with the assessment of project requirements to evaluate business opportunities for solar PV
    • Provide assistance with technical and financial analyses of options
    • Evaluate project sites for interconnection feasibility using software tools and site visits
    • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes.
    • Perform other duties as required.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program with concerntration in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering/ Renewable Technologies


    Additional Preferred Qualifications: 

    Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data and information

    Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel.

    Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required.

    Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

    Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing.

    U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
