Ameresco currently seeks and administrative assistant to assist with facility administrative taks. This position is based at Hill Air Force Base.
Assist Facility Project Management team in implementing daily service tasks;
Contribute regularly with site Project Manager to report on facility status and remedies for delays or other problems;
Attend weekly facility meetings at required jobsites;
Maintain service files in an organized manner on facility CMMS system;
Issue daily service orders to facility staff, accept and log daily customer service calls.;
Maintain effective customer, subcontractor and vendor relationships at multiple levels and project phases;
Prepare and maintain facility schedules with the assistance of the Project Manager; and
Perform other duties as assigned
Five years’ experience in Construction and Operations
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficiency in a Compute Maintenance Management System
Outstanding oral and communication skills
Ability to follow direction in a fast paced, team environment working on multiple project related issues and priorities.
Develop close communications with site customers.
High School diploma
5 year experience with similar facility operations and CMMS systems
