• HR Coordinator – Energy Efficiency & Renewables

    Provide coordination and administrative support to the Human Resources team.

    Serve as the HR liason to payroll; acting as secondary point of contact for payroll related questions, inquiries, and concerns; 
    Coordinate business unit communication to collect, compile, enter, and review hourly timesheet data;

    Review payroll data for accuracy, employee record changes;

    Prepare and maintain periodic HR and payroll reports;

    Assist with conducting new hire orientation; I-9 process and E-Verify, benefits orientation and enrollments.

    Process new hire paperwork, onboarding process and terminations including: employee orientation, background checks and required paperwork for terminated employees.

    Create and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now.

    Compile information and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

    Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and corporate procedures

    Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential
    Provide assistance and documentation to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews;

    Cultivate and foster positive business relationships;
    Assist with special projects as needed;

    Perform other general administrative duties as required.


    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.

    3 years progressive Human Resource experience.


    Additional Preferred Qualifications

    Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now & ADP Reporting, MS Office, technical research, and presentation skills.

    Knowledge and application of federal and state employment law, SOX Control requirements, EEO Reporting and best practices preferred.

    Experience with benefits administration is a plus.

    ACA requirement familiarity also a plus.

    Excellent relationship management, internal consulting, organizational, and time management skills and abilities

    Strong verbal, written, computer, multi-media sourcing outreach, communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to safeguard confidential material and information.
