We are currently seeking a Senior Project Developer for our distributed energy team.
Develop thorough knowledge of market opportunities, trends, and challenges related to the distributed energy system and sustainability market
Strategically identify, pre-qualify, and connect with C-level decision makers to develop opportunities for comprehensive solutions including, but not limited to, distributed energy systems and sustainability;
Formulate successful strategies to increase sales activities and ensure annual goals are exceeded;
Successfully develop, organize, strategically position, prepare and issue winning proposals and presentations;
Assume overall responsibility for the development of all aspects of the proposals;
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge and understanding of entire proposal and contract terms;
Cultivate and foster both internal and external customer relationships; and
Perform other duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Engineering preferred)
Proven track record of developing and securing sales of complex offerings from top-level management.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation skills, including effective negotiation and closing techniques.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in Business or Finance. Active progress toward industry-related or advanced education preferred.
