New opportunity for a Sr. Proposal Coordinator to partner with Account Executives and Engineers in the development, preparation, and production of successful project proposals.
Plan and coordinate team resources to execute and deliver large, strategic, complex, and successful energy efficiency and renewable technology project proposals.
Oversee final proposal production including content editing, electronic documents, media, printing, binding, and delivery in compliance with customer requirements.
Partner with Business Development and Project Engineers to produce marketing and presentation materials for customer meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Identify and implement process improvement for efficient proposal development and delivery including database content, best practices, templates, and branding consistency across all business units.
Design and implement methods to capture, track, and maintain customer project data.
Assist in cultivating new avenues of proposal lead development.
Coordinate and monitor the proposal calendar and database tracking project status.
Review and assist with proposals coordinated by other business units and regions.
Perform other duties as required.
Bachelor Degree in Communications, Marketing, Sustainability, English or related field.
Minimum 7 years proposal development and production experience in the federal contracting market.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with RFP/RFQ process, including state & federal proposals.
Prior experience within energy, engineering, or commercial construction project environment preferred.
Advanced MS Office and Adobe computer proficiency: Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe required.
Strong database management skills. Visio, Illustrator, and Sharepoint experience preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, computer and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Superior organizational, project, time management, and resource planning skills.
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced work setting.
Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
Some travel may be required.
