into a smarter, greener future and seek an Administrative Assistant to join our Chandler Team. This position requires a highly organized, efficient self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
priorities in a professional work setting.
Provide daily administrative support to our managers and employees in the Chandler Arizona office
Ensure prompt and courteous telephone, mail, and office coverage
Compose and edit memos, letters, forms, detailed reports, and presentations
Process and distribute mail, deliveries, packages, faxes, and interoffice correspondence
Maintain contact lists and filing system
Provide general support to onsite visitors
Main point of contact for internal and external clients
Input/distributing of sales orders
Provide/confirm availability of inventory items.
Follow up on pending vendor orders for incoming product.
Perform other duties as required.
BA/BS plus 3-5 years progressive administrative experience.
Excellent verbal, written, telephone, interpersonal, and computer communication skills
Ensure prompt, professional, and courteous telephone, mail, and office coverage
Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
U.S. Citizenship status required.
