New opportunity for an Associate Account Executive to partner with our Illinois Regional Team to strategically help market and promote energy efficiency and renewable technology solutions focusing on K-12, Higher Education, and local and State government markets. This position is located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

The Associate Account Executive will play an important role in the marketing, branding, and new business development processes at the firm. Role responsibilities will include assisting and supporting the following components of the firm’s marketing, branding, and business development program: drafting and editing proposals, maintaining and utilizing of the firm’s CRM system, newsletters, blogs, webinars, email marketing, presentations, and tradeshow planning. The Associate Account Executive will also assist with other ad hoc marketing projects as assigned by the Senior Account Executive.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Communications, or English, or have a comparable level of education and experience.

 

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED:

Experience in a professional services environment is a plus. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and have experience with Microsoft Excel and social media sites (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXPress, and other marketing technologies (e.g., marketing automation, etc.) preferred.

Qualified candidates will have strong writing and organization skills, be detail- and process-oriented, and must be able to consistently meet deadlines.

Candidates must also be comfortable working with senior firm personnel, and able to manage concurrent projects tasks, and deadlines.

Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state required.

Travel required.
