New opportunity for a Payment Processor to join our Ameresco’s Axis Project Team based in Spokane, WA.


Produce and submit client payment documents to proper vendors

Process and maintain accurate log of client payment and perform account reconciliation

Implement internal controls to assure quality and effective service delivery

Produce monthly client service fee billing statements

Manage electronic and postage mail, including timely daily sorting and distribution

Coordinate equipment, supplies, inventory, and postage activities and maintenance

Recommend service enhancements and value-added opportunities

Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory safety, standards, and protocols

Perform other duties as required.


Minimum Qualifications:

Associates’ degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.

At least one year's experience within a billing or data processing client service work environment.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Strong computer proficiency utilizing MS Office with advanced Excel skills.

Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Excellent verbal, written, computer, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to successfully complete position training, testing, and clearance requirements.
