Support in documentation and maintenance of training materials, equipment and diagrams
Provide technical assistance and support.
Conduct diagnostics to help resolve problems specific to networking, systems and devices.
Support in equipment setup for personnel, ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
Train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
Evaluate software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Assist with compliance requirement and documentation.
Support in other duties as required.
Sophomore/Junior/Senior level college student.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Windows OS, Office, Visio and Project.
Knowledge in Computer Networks and its Components, Basic Troubleshooting
